Ricardo Rafael was born in the city of Havana, and has travelled far and wide across this beautiful country, often known as the “green crocodile” nestling in the Caribbean. From North to South, and from East to West, Ricardo has traced his footprints across the country. Ricardo has a deep and far ranging knowledge of Cuba, its customs and traditions, as well as many years experience as a Tour Guide. He has a passion for all aspects of nature and specializes in the area of bird watching. Ricardo manages a team of guides who work in the Agency and focuses on the English speaking market.
