My suggestion

Avoid the week-end, do not hesitate to haggle the price in the small boutiques (where the price is not marked). Take advantage of the "cool" of morning to go jogging or surfing and have breakfast with your feet in the sand of Gado-Gado beach.

Allow plenty of time between the different tourist sites because there are some dreadful traffic jams.
