The Atlas is a chain of mountains which traverses Morocco, but also Algeria and Tunisia. Its highest point is in Morocco, Mount Toubkal at 4167 metres.
My suggestion
For the more energetic, go trekking in the High Atlas.

The area of Ida Outanane is situated in the Lesser Atlas, about forty miles away from Agadir. It includes a series of frankly stunning Berber villages.
