Namibia
We enjoyed everywhere we visited - from climbing Big Daddy dune, to hiking at Hohenstein, to fat biking at Swakopmund, elephants in Damaraland, 4wd driving to Sandwich Harbour. Also no day was too much driving. Doing it again we'd have just 1 night in Damaraland and an extra one at okonjima
The best parts:
good vehicle for the roads we drove; excellent accommodation (except for Aabadi); fantastic variety of scenery in NAM; exceptionally friendly and happy people;
The worst parts:
heat in Damaraland and no way to cool off -- shower was solar heated and scalding until midnight; getting ripped off at 2 petrol stations

Namibia
We travelled for 3 weeks through the country, encountered animals everywhere. The whole country of Namibia is a big 'zoo'! Nice, friendly people and staff everywhere. Lodges were well chosen and beautiful. Food delicious.
The best parts:
The most amazing was to see how the country changed after a bit a rain. We arrived in Windhoek at a very dry time. Three weeks later all was green and bloomed. Also to encounter the animals so close in Etosha was very impressive.
The worst parts:
We had a bit too much time in Twyfelfontein, Sossusvlei, and Kalkrand that we could have spent in Etosha. All the lodges should have mosquito nets, even in malaria-free areas, to keep you safe from gigantic spiders that like to crawl around at night!!!

Namibia
A perfect mix of wildlife, culture and landscapes. We enjoyed having the freedom to do our own thing in our own time. Highlights were the sand dunes, Etosha, and meeting the local tribes. We would have liked another week to see some things that we missed.
The best parts:
Impossible in one sentence, every day had a highlight!!
The worst parts:
The necessary early starts.
