My suggestion
Niagara Falls receives very large numbers of visitors at all times of year. Visit early in the morning if you want to enjoy the spectacle of the falls in a more peaceful atmosphere. This will give you the chance to really savour what Niagara has to offer before the usual tourist "invasion" takes place!
