The third largest urban area in the south-west of Australia, after Perth and Mandurah, Bunbury is renowned for the regular appearance of dolphins. An ideal place for a family holiday.

My suggestion
In Koombana Bay: say hello to the dolphins at the Dolphin Discovery Centre, do the mangrove walk and finish on the family beach. For a 360-degree view of Bunbury, go up the Apex tower on Mariston Hill.
This part of Australia is unique and distinguishes itself from the other part of Queensland and the rest of the country by its impressive rain forests, deserted beaches, and very diverse animal and plant life. You must have heard people talk about the "wet tropics" which is home 36% of the country's animal species.
