Khardung La is the Pass at 5602 metres that you travel through to enter the Nubra valley, to the north of Leh.
My suggestion
During your trip to India, do not forget to apply for a permit to enter the Nubra valley. You will be required to go to the camps of South and North Pullu, just after the Pass.
