Tegallalang is a small village located to the north of Ubud in the centre of Bali. It's known for its amazing terraced paddy fields.

My suggestion

As it's located not far from Ubud, Tegallalang's paddy fields are very popular; to make the most of the place come here quite early in the morning before the crowd arrives.

My suggestion

Everyday this town near Ubud is quickly assaulted by a large number of tourists who bring traffic jams and parking problems. So I have two pieces of advice for avoiding them: arrive early in the morning (when it is cool) and go on a scooter.
